Introduction
BudgetFly Travel & Tours Ltd (BudgetFly TRAVEL LCC), a fully licensed IATA BSP Travel Agency in the Republic of Cyprus, operates this website as an online booking platform.
By using this website, you acknowledge that:
- BudgetFly acts as an agent between travelers and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies.
- While we ensure bookings are correctly processed, the actual service delivery is handled by the respective providers.
- These Terms & Conditions define your rights and obligations when making bookings with us.
Contract Formation
A legally binding contract is established when a traveler confirms a booking via the “Confirm Booking” button and receives a booking confirmation email.
- Bookings are binding for 72 hours, during which BudgetFly will accept or follow up.
- The contract confirms the services booked with third-party providers; final fulfillment is by those providers.
Responsibilities
BudgetFly Responsibilities
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and transmitted to the chosen travel providers.
- Communicate any known changes or updates from providers.
- Provide support in line with EU travel directives.
Traveler Responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of booking confirmations within 48 hours of receipt.
- Ensure possession of valid passports, visas, and health documents.
- Notify BudgetFly if travel documents are not received at least 5 days prior to departure.
Liability as an Agent
- BudgetFly is not responsible for service quality or delays caused by third-party providers.
- We act in good faith to ensure bookings are correct but cannot guarantee provider performance.
- Low-cost carrier bookings may require direct customer interactions for changes or refunds.
Booking Amendments, Rebookings & Cancellations
- All changes follow supplier policies.
- Service fees may apply for rebooking or cancellations.
- Low-cost carriers require direct changes via the airline.
Price Adjustments & Service Changes
- Prices are based on supplier data and may change due to fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, or taxes.
- Travelers will be notified of significant changes immediately.
Acts of God / Force Majeure
BudgetFly is not liable for events such as natural disasters, strikes, airline disruptions, terrorism, or other force majeure events affecting bookings.
Linked & Package Travel Rights
- BudgetFly complies with EU Directive 2015/2302 for package and linked travel arrangements.
- Insolvency protection is provided via the Association of Cyprus Travel Agencies.
- Key traveler rights include refunds, repatriation, and protection for linked services.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Cyprus law.
- Any disputes will be handled in Cyprus unless EU consumer law provides additional protections.
